Family Guy Returns Tomorrow!
It's on Channel 22 on Fox, and for those who don't have cable, you can catch it on Global at the same time.
After that, American Dad is also on, which is made by the same creator. I saw the first episode of that show, and it was alright, but it was no Family Guy.
Pi
Probably the same reason you will visit this link.
It's Pi to one million decimal place!

Villains are cool, and if I was one..
Here it is.
What I would do if I was a EVIL Overlord.
Here are a few of my favorite suggestions..
- My Legions of Terror will have helmets with clear plexiglass visors, not face-concealing ones.
- When I employ people as advisors, I will occasionally listen to their advice.
- I will keep a special cache of low-tech weapons and train my troops in their use. That way -- even if the heroes manage to neutralize my power generator and/or render the standard-issue energy weapons useless -- my troops will not be overrun by a handful of savages armed with spears and rocks.
-I will dress in bright and cheery colors, and so throw my enemies into confusion.
- If my trusted lieutenant tells me my Legions of Terror are losing a battle, I will believe him. After all, he's my trusted lieutenant.
- I will maintain a healthy amount of skepticism when I capture the beautiful rebel and she claims she is attracted to my power and good looks and will gladly betray her companions if I just let her in on my plans.
-When my guards split up to search for intruders, they will always travel in groups of at least two. They will be trained so that if one of them disappears mysteriously while on patrol, the other will immediately initiate an alert and call for backup, instead of quizzically peering around a corner.
-Any data file of crucial importance will be padded to 1.45Mb in size.
- Finally, to keep my subjects permanently locked in a mindless trance, I will provide each of them with free unlimited Internet access.

Yah, it isn't full! I know! I had to take books from a other shelf, and while I was going through all my books, I neded up getting rid of some.
Nice to go through them though, to see what lil treasures I have that I haven't had a chance to read yet.

Tales of the Motherboard..
So, a good friend of mine has published a book. Or is at least in the process of publishing it.
It's called "Tales of the Motherboard." Yes, you've probably visited his blog from here.
Well, first off, I think it's frickin' cool that he has published a book. Everyone knows how much I love books.
Second, I think this book will be a great way to see how the 'Net has evovled, and his tales to be on it. Follow the link to see his blog, and find out more about the book.
Here is a small excerpt from the book. It's still in a rough draft, but, if you were from that time, it's frickin' funny!
"There's something very disconcerting about being one of about 4 or 5 people in a pool hall full of 40 or 50 that doesn't think he's a vampire. In those days there was some unexplained connection between analogue communications and the undead. The simple fact was that most modemers thought they were vampires. I have no idea why. It got to the point where I could spot a user meet from 6 city blocks away. The seething mass of dark leather trench coats, false fang teeth bought from the back of American magazines, and the stench of newly applied black nail polish served as warning to all that the geeks were congregating. And, while you may not be exactly scared of them, you probably wanted to steer clear for health reasons." -Tales of the Motherboard, Jon Watson.

Night Watch
Follow the Link
Here is the write up for the movie:
Set in contemporary Moscow, "Night Watch (Nochnoi Dozor)" revolves around the conflict and balance maintained between the forces of light and darkness -- the result of a medieval truce between the opposing sides. As night falls, the dark forces battle the super-human "Others" of the Night Watch, whose mission is to patrol and protect. But there is constant fear that an ancient prophecy will come true: that a powerful "Other" will rise up, be tempted by one of the sides, and tip the balance plunging the world into a renewed war between the dark and light, the results of which would be catastrophic.

I'm almost done with this whole..
Saw the movie.
What did I think? Well, definitely a fantastic movie in my eyes. I won't say much more, but, I was a fan of the comic. Well, can't say a huge fan as I only read one of the five or so stories set in Sin City. Big Fat Kill. Not to sure why I never read the others.
Anyways..
If you head on over to the Sin City website, you can do the usual sh!t, download screensaver, games, wallpapers, etc. But, you can actually design some wallpapers yourself. Not much to it, but, it's rather neat. As you can see, I've done one. ;)
Onto geekier things. Counter Spy. By far, one of the best Adware/Spyware removal programs I have used in a long time. Read a few articles on this, thought I'd try it. Great prg, though, you need to pay 20 bucks for it (Yearly).
That's about it. Been tough blogging of lates, not much to say.
